Consent Order of Forfeiture (2008-07-21)

On 2008-07-21, Defendants e-gold, Ltd. and Gold & Silver Reserve, Inc. pleaded guilty to violations of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1956(h) and 18 U.S.C. § 371 (Conspiracy to violate 18 U.S.C. § 1960).
